Master of Architectural Science, Sustainable design & High Performance Buildings

As a Project Leader at Webber Architects, I manage projects and lead teams to meet key requirements, including the client brief, budget, program, design, and documentation. My responsibilities also include coordinating project tasks efficiently, maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants, resolving technical issues, and preparing and issuing accurate documents to stakeholders.

Career Journey: My architectural journey began in India, where I completed my degree and practised as a registered architect. Motivated by a passion for sustainable design, I pursued a master’s degree in architectural science, specialising in sustainable design and high-performance buildings. This led me to work with a company focused on passive design, where I gained valuable experience creating beautiful, sustainable spaces.
Since joining Webber Architects, I’ve had the opportunity to further expand my skills by working on a diverse range of projects. My role allows me to collaborate with clients and consultants, manage dynamic teams, and bring creative solutions to life.

Passion and Achievements: What I enjoy most about my role is the opportunity to face new challenges daily, meet diverse clients, and turn their visions into reality. I take pride in successfully delivering complex projects and transforming ambitious concepts into tangible results. Each project I’ve worked on has provided invaluable experiences and a sense of accomplishment.

Interests and Hobbies: Outside of work, I enjoy connecting with friends and family, hiking through nature, and discovering Australia’s stunning landscapes. I’m passionate about exploring new destinations and experiencing local cafes and restaurants.

Future Goals: Looking ahead, I aspire to lead innovative and impactful projects that set new standards in sustainable design. I aim to continue developing my leadership skills, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to creating built environments that positively influence communities and prioritise sustainability.
