Assistant Project Leader

Qualifications

Bachelor of Architecture

As an Assistant Project Leader, my responsibilities include assisting and leading several projects in the commercial space (mainly education, retail, and community) as well as residential projects. This involves taking the lead in design development, technical documentation, coordination and collaboration, project management, and client engagement.

Career Journey: I initially started at Webber Architects as an Architectural Draftsperson, where I had the wonderful opportunity to be involved in numerous projects at different stages. The experience I gained at Webber, along with the responsibility entrusted to me by my team, has allowed me to advance to my current position as an Assistant Project Leader.

Passion and Achievements: I enjoy being a professional problem solver! I love seeing things get built and watching hard work materialize physically. The whole process is very rewarding. I’m proud of my involvement with the school halls projects that were wrapped up recently, as well as the library finished at Oberon.

Personal Interests and Hobbies: Outside of work, I take a casual interest in creative pursuits such as creating art and visiting museums. I also enjoy swimming and taking care of my indoor plants.

Future Goals: I’m keen to continue learning and growing in my role. My ultimate goal is to eventually register myself as an Architect when the time is right. I’m also excited about being involved in our leadership program and wellness initiatives.
